Qualifications

• 2+ years leading teams of 10+ technical resources
• 5+ years delivering or supporting enterprise cybersecurity solutions
• Experience leading government customer engagements and understanding public sector procurement, compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, FISMA, FAR)

Responsibilities

• Lead 10–15+ consultants and subcontractors across multiple workstreams
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery for SOC ops, endpoint protection, threat mitigation, cloud posture
• Partner with Sales to scope engagements, create SOWs, estimate LOEs, and drive growth
• Maintain project milestones, revenue targets, and high CSAT
• Onboard/train/manage third-party partners while enforcing quality standards
• Collaborate with PMO on project planning and new service offerings
