Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant for Cloud Security to deliver hands-on architecture, deployment, and automation across public, private, and hybrid clouds. You will work directly with customer engineering teams and executives to provide technical direction and scalable cloud security solutions.

The role requires deep cloud-native security expertise, network automation, and the full Palo Alto Networks product ecosystem, with 15–20% travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• 6+ years designing, deploying, and managing enterprise workloads across public cloud platforms.
• Proven track record architecting solutions using VMware NSX, OpenStack, Docker and Kubernetes.
• 2+ years hands-on experience integrating network security in large distributed architectures.
• Proficiency with automation/configuration tooling such as Python, Terraform, or Ansible.
• Public cloud certification (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP) required.
• Led complex multi-phase client delivery and prioritized competing deliverables.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy end-to-end designs of Palo Alto Networks virtualized appliances across AWS, Azure, GCP and private cloud.
• Automate security workflows with IaC and automation scripts.
• Advise client stakeholders as the technical authority on cloud architectures.
• Drive project milestones against SOW, ensuring deployments, testing and handoffs meet specifications.
• Collaborate with Consulting Engineers and TAC to resolve issues.
• Document architecture diagrams, runbooks, and handover materials.
• Lead technical workstreams independently or guide distributed delivery teams.
• Travel 15–20% to client sites for onsite deployment and reviews.
