Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Domain Consultant Manager to lead a customer-facing pre-sales engineering team focused on security operations transformation across on‑prem and cloud environments. You will define technical solutions, develop training, and partner with systems engineering to win Cortex opportunities while safeguarding customer outcomes.

You’ll recruit and mentor Domain Consultants, build reference accounts, and travel up to 50% to engage with major customers across geographies,

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer-facing pre-sales engineering or solutions architect teams.
• 5+ years experience in sales engineering within SIEM, SOAR, SOC, and/or endpoint environments.
• Industry knowledge of security operations market trends and awareness of roadmap and technology development efforts.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and mentor Domain Consultants into the team.
• Develop a Domain Consultant training curriculum and ensure team success.
• Mentor, train, and review Domain Consultants on your team.
• Collaborate with Solutions Consultant Managers to ensure full technology coverage in key opportunities.
• Lead technical validation plans and POV tests for Cortex solutions and shorten timelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and assist account teams with plans to drive more business.
• Present as our expert to customers at all levels from technician to CIO.
