Job summary

Huntress Labs is hiring a Sales Engineer to support our sales team with technical product expertise. You will deliver technical first impressions of our platform, dive into product details, and guide customers on strengthening their security posture.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering to voice customer needs and identify improvement opportunities in a fast-paced security-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a sales engineering or similar role.
• Experience in the cybersecurity industry and familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks.
• Experience working with or within MSPs or with VARs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to help increase their security posture.
• Review and highlight potential security problems to customers’ technical teams while positioning Huntress as a solution.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering on voicing customer needs.
• Spot opportunities for improvement in a fast-moving environment.
• Travel up to 25% to meet with customers.
