SHI International Corp. is seeking a Manager of Presales Engineering. This remote role supports a team of engineers, architects, and specialists to bring the right technical solutions to meet customer needs and help close deals.

The ideal candidate has deep enterprise IT knowledge, strong leadership, and coaching experience. Travel up to 35% is required to engage customers and partners across the U.S. SHI offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Center, Cloud, Collaboration, Security, and Network sales opportunities.
Minimum 2 years development and coaching experience.
Position requires 35% travel for business

Responsibilities

Sell and build relationships across multiple client org levels (CIO/CTO/IT Directors).
Collaborate with the sales team to close deals by addressing the technical side of solutions.
Engage with vendors, partners, and customer technical staff to establish market credibility.
Strategically train sales on solution positioning and enterprise needs.
Monitor performance and drive accountability with leadership ownership.
