SHI International Corp. is seeking a Manager of Presales Engineering to lead a team of Engineers, Architects, and Specialists in delivering the right technical solutions for customer needs.

The role includes participating in customer meetings to move deals forward and close deals with the team. The position is remote within the United States and requires collaboration with sales, customers, and partners to shape technical proposals and drive revenue while maintaining high standards of leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in complex Data Center, Cloud, Collaboration, Security and Network sales.
• 2+ years development and coaching experience.
• Willingness to travel 35%.

Responsibilities

• Engage with CIO/CTO and IT leaders to sell and build relationships.
• Collaborate with sales to address the technical side of solutions.
• Coordinate with partners to establish market credibility.
• Train sales on solution positioning aligned to enterprise needs.
• Monitor performance and drive employee recognition.
• Lead complex team initiatives and cross-functional coordination.
