You will coach, train, and develop Solutions Engineers, participate in customer meetings to move deals forward, and help close opportunities with the team. The role supports remote work across defined US regions and requires deep enterprise technology expertise.
Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a Pre-Sales Technical role.
- Minimum 3 years experience with Data Center, Cloud, Collaboration, Security and Network sales opportunities.
- Minimum 2 years development and coaching experience.
- Position requires 35% travel for business.
Aufgaben
- Engage with CIO/CTO, IT directors, and application managers to sell and uncover opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales to close deals by addressing the technical side of solutions.
- Engage with Local Technology Community and customer technical personnel to establish credibility.
- Train sales team on solution positioning to meet enterprise needs.
- Monitor performance and attendance, provide feedback, and drive recognition.
