SHI International Corp. is seeking a Manager of Presales Engineering to lead a team of engineers, architects, and specialists, driving technical solutions for customer needs. This role involves coaching, training, and direct involvement in customer meetings to advance deals.

The position supports remote work within US regions and requires about 35% travel. You will mentor the team, collaborate with sales, and coordinate cross-functional activities to close opportunities and deliver value.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years in a Pre-Sales Technical role.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with complex Data Center, Cloud, Collaboration, Security, and Network sales opportunities.
• Minimum 2 years development and coaching experience.
• Position requires 35% travel for business.

Mansioni

• Engage with multiple client contacts to sell, build relationships and uncover opportunities.
