Job summary

SHI International is seeking a Manager of Presales Engineering to lead a team of Engineers, Architects, and Specialists. You will coach, train, and develop Solutions Engineers, and participate in customer meetings to move deals forward.

You will engage with senior client stakeholders, align technical solutions with business needs, and train the sales team on strategic product positioning to close complex opportunities. 35% travel and a national remote work model apply.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 5 years in a Pre-Sales Technical role.
Minimum 3 years experience with complex Data Center, Cloud, Collaboration, Security, and Network sales opportunities.
Minimum 2 years development and coaching experience.

Responsibilities

Coach, train, and develop Solutions Engineers.
Participate in customer meetings to advance the process and help close deals.
Engage with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and Application Managers to build relationships and uncover opportunities.
Train the sales team on the positioning of company solution practices to meet enterprise needs.
Monitor team performance and provide actionable feedback to drive results.
