The role involves engaging CIO/CTO and IT leaders, training the sales team on solutions, collaborating with partners, and monitoring performance while traveling up to 35% and supporting remote teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a Pre-Sales Technical role.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Data Center, Cloud, Collaboration, Security, and Network sales.
• Minimum 2 years development and coaching experience.
• Position requires 35% travel for business.

Responsibilities

• Engage with CIO, CTO, IT Directors, and Application Managers to sell, build relationships and uncover opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales to close deals by addressing the technical side of recommended solutions.
• Engage with Local Technology Community and partners to establish market credibility.
• Strategically train sales teams on solution positioning to meet enterprise needs.
• Monitor employee performance and attendance, provide actionable feedback, and drive recognition.
