SHI is seeking a Pre‑Sales Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer to design and position cybersecurity solutions for customers in modern enterprise, hybrid, and cloud environments. This remote role requires SE US residency and collaboration with sales teams to translate complex security concepts into business outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings depth in security frameworks, email security, and PoC support, with experience in pre‑sales engineering within a VAR/SI environment.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with the ability to translate security concepts into business outcomes.
• Remote role must reside in the Southeast US.
• Experience supporting sales teams in a VAR, SI, or technology provider environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer goals and security challenges.
• Assess customer security architectures and identify gaps and risks.
• Design scalable cybersecurity solutions and prepare high‑level proposals.
• Present security solutions to technical and executive audiences.
• Support product demonstrations, whiteboard sessions, and technical briefings.
• Collaborate with partners to validate proposed solutions.
• Assist with pre‑sales PoC efforts to validate technical fitness.
• Provide security-focused training to internal sales teams.
• Ensure smooth handoff to post‑sales delivery after opportunity closure.
