Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Pre‑Sales Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer to support customers and internal sales teams. You will design, position, and articulate cybersecurity solutions across enterprise, hybrid, and cloud environments, translating technical details into business outcomes.

This is a remote role based in the Southeast U.S. to support SHI’s regional needs. The ideal candidate combines strong security depth with the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse

Qualifications

• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CIS, HITRUST) and security controls.
• Strong knowledge of email security technologies: SEG, API-based protection, DLP, phishing defense.
• Ability to translate complex security concepts to business value for sales teams and executives.
• Experience presenting, detailing architectures, and leading pre‑sales engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer goals and security needs.
• Assess customer security architectures and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Design and propose scalable cybersecurity solutions aligned to requirements and best practices.
• Present security solutions and value propositions to technical and executive audiences.
• Support product demonstrations, PoCs, and technical briefings.
• Collaborate with partners to validate proposed solutions and enable sales teams.
