You will shape joint go-to-market plans, manage the full sales cycle, and help position EPAM as the go-to partner for enterprise digital transformations.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise IT sales or business development.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing personal sales quotas.
• Knowledge of co-selling models and partner-led strategies.
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles from start to finish.
• Background in global, matrixed organizations and senior-exec engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales strategy and revenue plan for designated strategic partners.
• Own a personal quota that combines net-new logo acquisition with partner-driven revenue.
• Build a sustainable pipeline via direct prospecting and collaborative selling with partners.
• Oversee the complete sales lifecycle from initial qualification to deal closure.
• Create joint account strategies with partner field teams for shared opportunities.
• Guide value-driven client conversations combining EPAM and partner offerings.
• Implement joint go-to-market campaigns with measurable pipeline outcomes.
• Ensure governance around forecasting, pipeline reporting, and accuracy.
