Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity, Alliances Director to build and accelerate EPAM's security partner ecosystem across Frontier AI labs, hyperscalers and ISVs.

You will lead cross-functionally to drive joint GTM motions and strategic initiatives that expand pipelines and client adoption. You will cultivate senior level relationships with partners and internal stakeholders, shaping the direction of AI-enabled security offerings while coordinating with finance, legal and sales teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise technology ecosystems, partnerships or channel management.
• Experience in cybersecurity, cloud or AI partnerships and alliances is preferred.
• AI mindset: evidence of using AI productivity tools and ability to articulate AI value for enterprise security.
• Ability to operate in complex, matrixed organizations and deliver results across multiple partner ecosystems.
• Experience in consulting-led sales or system integration environments.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and executive influencing skills.
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with AI capabilities and security use cases (threat detection, SOC automation, vulnerability management).
• Experience navigating early-stage partner programmes and building structure where none exists.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate growth and strategic expansion of EPAM's cybersecurity partner ecosystem across Frontier AI labs, hyperscalers and cybersecurity ISVs.
• Lead partner engagements internally and externally, aligning GTM motions with priorities and partner programmes.
• Develop and sustain senior-level relationships with security and alliance leadership at partner organizations and with EPAM executives.
• Execute joint GTM strategies translating AI-driven security capabilities into concrete offerings that accelerate pipeline and client acquisition.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and consulting teams to maximize joint opportunities across cyber, cloud and AI ecosystems.
• Partner across teams to support co-created offerings and IP spanning AI security, cloud security, identity, threat detection and governance.
• Manage KPIs for partner programmes and alliance metrics, and EPAM-specific metrics.
• Represent EPAM at partner events and industry conferences to strengthen brand and stakeholder engagement.
