Job summary
EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Partner Sales Manager – Cybersecurity to work remotely with our Eastern United States team. The role blends entrepreneurial sales with growth through partnerships, managing a quota, and driving revenue from new-logo wins and partner-sourced opportunities.
You will cultivate relationships with senior executives across the partner network, develop joint market strategies, oversee the full sales lifecycle, and coordinate with partner teams to accelerate joint wins
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise IT sales or BD with new business focus
- Proven track record meeting/surpassing personal quotas
- Strong understanding of co-selling and partner-led strategies
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end
- Ability to engage C-suite on client and partner sides
Responsibilities
- Lead sales strategy and revenue plan for designated strategic partners
- Own a quota combining net-new logos with partner-driven revenue
- Build a sustainable pipeline via direct prospecting and partner-collaboration
- Oversee full sales lifecycle from qualification to closing
- Create joint account strategies with partner field teams
- Encourage joint initiatives with EPAM and partners
- Guide value-driven conversations combining EPAM and partner offerings
- Implement joint go-to-market campaigns with measurable pipeline outcomes
- Ensure forecasting, pipeline reporting, and opportunity accuracy
- Optimize partner investments to speed up joint wins
