Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Partner Sales Manager – Cybersecurity for the Central United States, fully remote.

You will own a quota, drive revenue via new logos and partner-sourced opportunities, and build strong relationships with senior partner executives to co-develop go-to-market strategies. You will lead sales strategy and revenue planning for designated partners, develop pipelines with direct outreach and partners, and oversee the end-to-end process from qualification to closure

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in enterprise IT sales or business development.
• Proven track record of achieving personal sales targets.
• Experience with co-selling frameworks and partner-driven approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales strategy and revenue planning for strategic partners.
• Own a personal quota with new-logo and partner-generated revenue.
• Develop a strong pipeline via direct outreach and partner selling.
• Oversee end-to-end sales cycle from qualification to closure.
• Create joint account plans with partner field teams.
• Implement joint go-to-market campaigns delivering pipeline.
