Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise software or SaaS customer success or account management.
• Experience supporting renewals and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and real-time alerting needs in Private Sector.
• Strong written and oral communication for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own adoption, renewal, and growth across a portfolio of NA Private Sector accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with security teams and stakeholders.
• Design and scale programs that integrate Cyber Defence portfolio into workflows.
• Forecast renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
• Mentor Customer Success Associates and engage executives.
