Job summary

Horizon3's Digital Customer Success team seeks a Manager/Associate to help customers realize value from NodeZero through scalable, digital-first programs. Join a fully remote role that partners with product, engineering, and sales to drive adoption and success across security initiatives.

This position supports onboarding, health monitoring, and renewal activities while translating findings into actionable business priorities for executives and champions alike.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in Customer Success or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
• Experience with CRM and customer success tools.
• Customer-focused mindset with a data-driven approach.
• Interest in cybersecurity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a scaled portfolio of customers using metrics and repeatable engagement plays.
• Build trusted relationships and communicate security outcomes to stakeholders.
• Use CRM to keep customer context and actions visible to the team.
• Drive onboarding and adoption through digital touchpoints and resources.
• Translate NodeZero results into clear business priorities and next steps.
• Monitor signals like activity, completion, risks, and renewal timing.
• Identify at-risk customers and implement intervention plans.
• Support renewal and expansion by documenting outcomes and usage trends.
• Capture feedback for Product, Engineering, Marketing, Support, and Sales.
