Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Technical Success Manager to blend technical depth with customer advocacy and commercial awareness. You will help customers embed the platform into daily security operations across security, IT and technical stakeholders to reduce risk and achieve measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Support, and Renewals to deliver clear technical health insights, drive adoption, retention and renewal readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role.
• Understanding of enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS.
• Ability to drive adoption and improve customer health.
• Translate complex concepts into clear guidance for customers and internal teams.
• Confident engaging with security engineers, SOC analysts, admins and executives.
• Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
• Experience with renewal governance or health scoring is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer security and IT teams to understand priorities and success outcomes.
• Create practical success plans to drive adoption, reduce risk and realise value.
• Identify high-value use cases to embed the platform in daily security operations.
• Use health indicators to spot adoption gaps and renewal risks early.
• Guide customers from deployment to active use, accelerating Time-to-Value.
• Lead mitigation planning for blockers, gaps, and health risks.
• Provide technical health insights for renewal readiness and account strategy.
• Surface opportunities for expansion in partnership with the Account Executive.
• Champion the voice of technical users to inform product feedback.
