Darktrace is seeking a Technical Success Manager to blend technical depth with customer advocacy and commercial awareness, helping customers extract lasting value from our cybersecurity platform.

The role partners with security, IT, and technical stakeholders to embed the Darktrace platform into daily security operations, reduce risk, and achieve measurable outcomes. Remote in Central Time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as CSM/TSM/TAM/Technical Consultant.
• Knowledge of enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical guidance for customers and internal teams.
• Experience engaging with security engineers, SOC analysts, and executives.
• Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer security and IT teams and understand priorities.
• Create practical success plans to drive adoption, reduce risk, and realise measurable value.
• Identify high-value use cases to make the platform part of daily security operations.
• Monitor health indicators to spot adoption gaps and renewal risks early.
• Guide customers from deployment to active use, accelerating Time-to-Value.
• Lead mitigation for blockers, integration challenges, and operational gaps.
• Provide health insights for renewal readiness and account strategy.
• Surface opportunities for expansion in collaboration with Account Executive.
• Champion customer feedback and risks to product teams.
