Job summary

Cloud Range is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure a smooth, organized experience from onboarding to renewal. You will nurture relationships, drive product adoption, and coordinate with Sales, Product, Training, and Support to meet customer goals.

Join a remote, fast-paced team delivering hands-on cyber readiness training. You will help customers reach cyber readiness milestones, advocate for their needs, and contribute to renewal and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer success, sales/account management, or similar roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with varied technical backgrounds.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Product, Training, and Support teams to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management across customer accounts and stakeholders.
• Drive retention and account growth through measurable objectives and regular touchpoints.
• Advocate for customers by sharing insights with Product and Training teams.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Educate customers on Cloud Range products and capture KPI results.
