Darktrace is seeking a Technical Success Manager to champion adoption of our AI cybersecurity platform. You will partner with security, IT, and technical leads to turn deployment into measurable value, embedding the solution into daily security operations across customer environments.

In this remote, Central Time zone role, you’ll guide retention through health indicators, manage escalations, and align product feedback with renewal opportunities while working with account teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as Customer Success Manager, Technical Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, Technical Consultant, Product Specialist, or similar.
• Understanding of enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for customers and internal teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with security operations, SOC workflows, threat detection, or incident response use cases is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer security and IT teams, understanding priorities and success outcomes.
• Create practical technical success plans to drive adoption and value realization.
• Identify high-value use cases to integrate the platform into daily security operations.
• Use health indicators to spot adoption gaps and renewal risks early.
• Guide customers from deployment to active use, accelerating Time-to-Value.
• Lead mitigation planning for blockers, integration challenges, and health risks.
• Contribute to renewal readiness, QBRs, and growth discussions with account teams.
• Surface technical opportunities to support expansion, upsell, and cross-sell.
