Insight Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Client Success Manager to own and orchestrate the cybersecurity services relationship for strategic clients.

You’ll translate technical activities into business value, drive governance, manage risk, renewals, and escalations, and partner across SOC, engineering and advisory teams. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in client success, service delivery, or related cybersecurity roles.
• Strong understanding of SOC operations, incident response, threat monitoring, and security delivery models.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned cybersecurity clients, overseeing onboarding, governance, renewals, and transitions.
• Translate SOC and cybersecurity operations into executive-ready reporting and business value metrics; track performance and risk.
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams (SOC analysts, threat hunters, security engineers, advisory, finance, sales) to drive value and minimize friction.
• Identify service gaps and contribute to development of client success playbooks, dashboards, and SOPs.
