Dataminr is seeking a Customer Success Manager (Cyber) to own adoption, renewal, and growth across a North America Private Sector portfolio. You will build trusted relationships with security leaders and drive outcomes with our Cyber Defence offering, aligning with enterprise-level security objectives and lifecycle management.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and requires communicating complex cybersecurity concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of enterprise software or SaaS customer success
• Experience supporting renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and real-time alerting needs of Private Sector organisations
• Outstanding ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams and ability to manage competing priorities
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

Aufgaben

• Own the commercial and customer outcomes for a portfolio of strategic Private Sector accounts, including adoption, renewal, expansion, and customer satisfaction.
• Design and scale programs and playbooks that integrate Dataminr Cyber Portfolio into customer workflows.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with CISOs and security leaders through briefings and reviews.
• Act as a Cyber platform expert and trusted advisor to ensure engagements align with customer goals and deliver advanced outcomes.
• Use data-driven metrics to forecast renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
