Kinetix Technology Services, LLC is seeking a remote Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager in the United States to lead compliance programs and risk initiatives for clients. The role focuses on frameworks such as NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, and ISO 27001, with a strong emphasis on advisory services and governance.

You will guide a security and compliance team, translate risks into actionable steps, and ensure ongoing client security alignment with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT, cybersecurity, governance, risk or compliance.
• Deep knowledge of multiple frameworks (NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001).
• Experience leading vCISO/advisory services and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity compliance programs and risk management initiatives.
• Provide vCISO guidance, governance, and executive-level risk reporting.
• Oversee audits, evidence collection, and remediation tracking across frameworks.
