Job summary

Kinetix Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager for a remote, United States-based role. You will lead cybersecurity compliance programs, risk management, and advisory services for clients, aligning with frameworks such as NIST CSF, SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.

You will guide the security and compliance team, translate risks into actionable steps, and report to executives. This is a senior, client-facing role within the Cybersecurity Services team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT/cybersecurity governance, risk, or regulatory compliance.
• Active CISSP certification in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001.
• Experience leading risk assessments and third-party risk management.
• Ability to advise executives and manage multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives across multiple frameworks.
• Conduct gap assessments, framework crosswalks, and remediation tracking.
• Oversee governance, risk, and compliance processes for client projects.
• Provide vCISO advisory services and executive risk reporting.
• Collaborate with security operations on incident response and remediation.
