Job summary

Kinetix Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager for a remote United States-based role. You will lead cybersecurity compliance programs, risk initiatives, and strategic security advisory services for clients, spanning frameworks like NIST CSF, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, and ISO 27001.

You will mentor the security and compliance team, translate complex risks into actionable steps, and deliver executive risk reporting to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT, cybersecurity, governance, risk, or regulatory compliance.
• Active CISSP certification in good standing.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001.
• Experience with audits, evidence management, and compliance assessments.
• Strong client-facing communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives across key frameworks.
• Manage risk assessments and remediation tracking.
• Provide vCISO advisory services and executive reporting.
• Guide AI governance and data protection practices.
• Collaborate with security operations on incident response.
