Job summary

Kinetix Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager for a remote, United States–based role. You will lead cybersecurity compliance programs, risk management initiatives, and vCISO advisory services for clients, guiding frameworks such as NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, and ISO 27001.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate security risks into practical recommendations, oversee audits and evidence collection, and mentor

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT/cybersecurity, governance, risk, or regulatory compliance.
• Active CISSP certification in good standing.
• Experience with NIST CSF, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001, including audits and evidence management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives across multiple frameworks.
• Provide vCISO advisory services and executive reporting.
• Oversee risk assessments, vendor due diligence, and third-party risk.
• Guide AI governance and responsible AI adoption.
• Collaborate with security operations on incident response and remediation.
