Kinetix is seeking a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager for a remote, United States-based role. You will lead cybersecurity compliance programs, drive risk management initiatives, and provide strategic security advisory services for clients.

You will guide the security and compliance team, translate risks into actionable steps, and ensure alignment with contractual obligations across frameworks like NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, and ISO 27001.

Competenze

• 8+ years in information technology, cybersecurity, governance, risk management, or regulatory compliance.
• Active CISSP certification in good standing.
• Experience with multi-framework compliance including NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, third-party/vendor risk, cyber insurance, and using GRC platforms.

Mansioni

• Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives across multiple frameworks.
• Conduct gap assessments, framework crosswalks, maturity evaluations, and remediation tracking.
• Oversee the Security Program Platform and governance, risk, and compliance processes.
• Provide vCISO advisory services, including security strategy, roadmaps, and executive reporting.
• Communicate security findings and risk to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
