Job summary

Kinetix Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager for a remote, US-based role. Lead compliance programs across NIST CSF, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001, and more, while guiding governance, risk, and advisory services for clients.

You will translate complex security risks into actionable plans, coach the security team, and collaborate with executives to improve security maturity and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in information technology, cybersecurity, governance, risk management, or regulatory compliance.
• Active CISSP certification in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, CIS Controls, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001 with audits, evidence management, and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives across multiple frameworks and audits.
• Provide vCISO advisory services and executive risk reporting.
• Coordinate with clients, leadership, and security teams to align security programs with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain policies, evidence, and remediation tracking across client environments.
