Job summary

Kinetix Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager for a remote, United States-based role. You will lead cybersecurity compliance programs, risk management, and advisory services for clients, working with executives and security teams to strengthen programs under NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, and ISO 27001.

You will guide a growing team, translate security risks into actionable advice, and ensure contractual obligations are met.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in information technology, cybersecurity governance, risk management, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, CIS Controls, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001 with audit support experience.
• Experience conducting cybersecurity risk assessments and vendor risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives across multiple frameworks including NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001.
• Provide vCISO advisory services, security strategy, and executive-level risk reporting.
• Oversee internal and client risk assessments, third-party vendor due diligence, and evidence management.
