Job summary

Kinetix Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager for a remote, United States–based role. You will lead cybersecurity compliance programs across NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, and ISO 27001, and provide vCISO advisory services for clients.

Qualifications

8+ years in IT, cybersecurity, governance, risk management, or regulatory compliance.
Active CISSP certification in good standing.
Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, CIS Controls, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001; audits & evidence management.

Responsibilities

Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives across multiple frameworks.
Oversee the Security Program Platform governance, risk, and compliance processes.
Manage internal and client risk assessments and third-party risk.
Provide vCISO advisory services, including strategy, roadmaps, and executive reporting.
Coach Security & Compliance Analysts as the team expands.
Communicate findings and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
