Kinetix Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager for a remote role based in the United States. You will lead cybersecurity compliance programs, risk management, and vCISO advisory services across frameworks including NIST CSF, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, and ISO 27001.

You will guide client security maturity, manage audits, and collaborate with executive leadership and internal teams to strengthen security programs and ensure contractual obligations are met.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in information technology, cybersecurity, information security governance, risk management, or regulatory compliance.
• Active CISSP certification in good standing.
• Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks (NIST CSF, CIS Controls, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001) with audits and assessments.

Responsabilités

• Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives across multiple frameworks and provide vCISO advisory services.
• Oversee governance, risk, and compliance processes and client risk assessments.
• Collaborate with security operations and clients to ensure regulatory and contractual requirements are met.
