Job summary

Insight is seeking a Cybersecurity Client Success Manager to own the strategic client relationship for managed security, SOC, and advisory services. You will translate technical activities into business value, drive governance, and proactively manage risk, renewals, and escalations.

You will coordinate with SOC, engineering, threat intelligence, and delivery teams to ensure a consistent client experience across onboarding, steady-state operations, and service evolution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Client Success/Account Management, service delivery, or related roles within cybersecurity or IT services.
• Ability to translate technical activities into business value for executives and clients.
• Experience managing enterprise client relationships, renewals, and escalations.
• Strong understanding of SOC operations, incident response, and threat monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single contact and escalation owner for assigned cybersecurity clients, maintaining executive relationships.
• Own end-to-end client lifecycle: onboarding, governance, renewal readiness, and service transitions.
• Lead structured client care cadences with clear agendas and documented outcomes.
