Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Client Success Manager or related role in cybersecurity, managed services, or IT services.
• Strong understanding of SOC operations, incident response, threat monitoring, and security delivery models.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing enterprise client relationships, renewals, and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact and escalation owner for assigned cybersecurity clients, maintaining executive-level relationships and trust.
• Own end-to-end client lifecycle: onboarding, governance, renewal readiness, and service transitions or decommissioning.
• Lead structured Client Care cadences (monthly and quarterly) with documented outcomes.
• Translate SOC and cybersecurity operations into executive-ready reports and metrics showing risk posture and service performance.
• Coordinate between clients and internal teams (SOC analysts, threat hunters, security engineers, advisory, finance, and sales).
• Identify service gaps and contribute to playbooks, dashboards, and SOPs for cybersecurity services.
