Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated Associate Analyst, Endpoint Protection Team candidate to join our global security operations center. This role is open to candidates located in PST or MST timezones and offers a hybrid on-site schedule.

You will triage and respond to security alerts across endpoint, identity, email, and cloud environments, analyze telemetry, and provide actionable guidance to customers. A BA/BS and AI-focused interest are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Foundational knowledge in incident response and cybersecurity concepts.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work a 4x10 schedule on-site/hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clear customer communications as first point of contact.
• Triage and respond to security alerts across endpoints, identity, email, and cloud.
• Investigate telemetry and artifacts to assess scope and remediation.
• Contribute to incident detection processes and countermeasures.
• Develop and improve SOC workflows and playbooks.
