Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated Associate Analyst for the Endpoint Protection Team to protect organizations worldwide by detecting and responding to incidents in real time using the world’s leading AI-native security platform.

The role supports candidates in PST or MST time zones and offers a remote, full-time schedule. A foundation in IT or information security, strong communication, and an interest in AI-driven security workflows are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of incident response processes including investigation of security events.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework and typical attack vectors.
• Understanding of Windows, Mac, Linux OS and related file systems, services and processes.
• Experience or coursework in scripting (Python/PowerShell/Bash).

Responsibilities

• Deliver clear, concise customer communications as a first point of contact.
• Produce high-quality written and verbal findings and recommendations.
• Triage, investigate, and respond to security alerts across endpoints, identity, email, and cloud environments.
• Analyze EDR telemetry and forensic artifacts to determine scope of compromise and assist remediation.
• Investigate suspicious Microsoft 365 activity and provide actionable guidance to customers.
• Develop and improve incident detection and countermeasure processes.
