Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an Analyst I for Falcon Complete in a remote role within PST/MST time zones. You will detect, triage, and respond to security incidents across endpoints, identities, email, and cloud environments.

You’ll communicate findings and work with the SOC to improve detections and response workflows. Ideal candidates have incident handling knowledge, OS fundamentals, and experience with AI-enabled security concepts.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge in incident response processes and security event investigation.
• Knowledge of attack vectors and MITRE ATT&CK framework.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clear customer communications as the first point of contact.
• Triage, investigate, and respond to security alerts across endpoints, identity, email, and cloud.
• Investigate suspicious Microsoft 365 activity and provide actionable remediation guidance.
• Develop and improve incident detection and response processes.
