Job summary

GuidePoint Security LLC is seeking an Account Manager to work with an Account Executive, driving customer retention and growth in cybersecurity services. You will respond to inquiries, maintain knowledge of offerings, and collaborate with vendors to create value for customers.

Travel up to 25% is possible, with remote work options for US-based roles. The ideal candidate will have Inside Sales success in cybersecurity and experience with Salesforce and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Proven success in inside sales in cybersecurity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask with outstanding attention to detail.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office required.
• Willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools.
• Flexible schedule required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated Account Manager for a specified AE.
• Respond to customer inquiries and move to resolution.
• Liaise between Customers, Vendors, and GuidePoint resources.
• Develop and retain product and industry knowledge.
• Grow relationships with customers and vendors to drive value.
• Close renewals and upsell opportunities with AE guidance.
