Job summary

GuidePoint Security is seeking an Account Executive to pro-actively network, cold call, and sell to multiple contacts within organizations, including C-levels. You will manage relationships, provide consultative sales, and position GuidePoint’s cybersecurity solutions to meet client goals.

Requirements include 5+ years outside IT sales, established key accounts, Salesforce experience, and a track record of exceeding targets. Travel up to 25% may be required; remote work is common in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years outside sales experience in IT (security preferred).
• Strong, established relationships with key accounts in the territory.
• Experience with Salesforce.com.
• Strong group presentation skills.
• Proven history of exceeding sales goals and generating leads.
• Willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet sales and profitability goals.
• Position, configure and quote product and service solutions to clients.
• Manage leads and opportunities through Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Report sales forecasts and opportunity funnels.
• Create, edit and close services proposals.
• Develop and present sales presentations to executive level clients.
