Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 6+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's; or 4+ years with a Master's.
• Experience in device or clinical sales with large health systems.
• Strong ability to influence across teams and build trust with partners.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Design customer journeys to drive adoption of the Zio Service.
• Lead end-to-end CX strategy and differentiated solutions.
• Collaborate with CX Senior Manager and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with health-system stakeholders to align goals and measure success.
• Differentiate iRhythm as a trusted ambulatory cardiac monitoring partner.
