iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager, Customer Experience for a remote-national US position. The role partners with sales and health-system stakeholders to design and execute customer journeys that drive Zio Service adoption.

You will lead end-to-end CX strategy, align with brand priorities, and differentiate iRhythm as a trusted partner in ambulatory cardiac monitoring. Candidates should have a Bachelor's (Master's preferred) with 6+ years of related experience, or 4+ years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred: experience may count toward a degree requirement.
• Minimum of 6 years with Bachelor's or 4 years with Master's.
• Experience in device or clinical sales with large health systems preferred, or healthcare process improvement.
• Influence across teams with strong collaboration; build trust with sales, cross-functional partners, and customers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data to inform recommendations for sales partners and customers.
• Adapt quickly and perform under ambiguity and complexity.
• Healthcare/cardiology knowledge preferred; multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Visio).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer experience strategy and differentiated solutions guided by insights and analytics.
• Partner with health systems to align goals, identify challenges, and propose optimized cardiac monitoring solutions.
• Design customer journeys to drive adoption of the Zio Service while aligning with brand priorities.
• Collaborate with CX leaders, sales, and cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and drive adoption.
• Prioritize work to meet iRhythm business goals and demonstrate physician adoption metrics.
