iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager, Customer Experience to partner with sales, care teams, and health system stakeholders to design and execute solutions that improve adoption of the Zio Service.

The role focuses on creating streamlined, personalized customer journeys driven by insights and best practices. You'll manage multiple opportunities concurrently, align with brand priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (experience may count).
• Minimum of 6 years in a related role with Bachelor's; or 4 years with a Master's.
• Experience with large health systems in a consultative capacity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design customer journeys to drive Zio Service adoption.
• Partner with sales, CX leaders, and healthcare stakeholders to align goals.
• Lead end-to-end CX strategy and differentiated solutions.
• Collaborate with CX Senior Manager and cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
• Travel up to 50%.
