The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a dedicated Training Specialist to help customers smoothly transition to our software and provide ongoing training and support. The role requires extensive travel, approximately 80%, to install and customize solutions at dealerships, coordinating with management to meet each site's needs.

When not on the road, you will support existing customers from your home office, prepare for upcoming trips, and follow up on installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record (≤2 moving violations in 3 years; no DUI/DWI in 5 years).
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Help customers make a smooth conversion to the Reynolds and Reynolds system and provide training and customer support throughout the process.
• Travel approximately 80% to install and convert software at dealerships, meeting with dealership management to tailor the solution.
• Customize the system based on dealership needs and train key personnel on usage.
• When not traveling, support current customers, prepare for future trips, and conduct follow-ups from the home office.
