Job summary

HKA Enterprises in the United States is seeking a remote, full-time customer-service professional to support alarms, calls, emails, chats, work orders, and service requests for facilities, cities, water, sanitation, wastewater, and manufacturing. You will need strong communication, database navigation, accuracy, and ability to work independently from a distraction-free home office.

Role involves up to 70 inbound calls daily plus a similar volume of outbound calls, emails, and chats.

Qualifications

2-4 years of call center / customer service experience or equivalent education.
Experience navigating 5-7 databases and documenting interactions clearly.
Strong written and verbal communication with professional tone.
Fast-paced environment familiarity and ability to work remotely with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

Respond to alarms and handle calls, emails, and chats professionally.
Research information, resolve complaints, and process orders and forms.
Route priority issues and complete callbacks or follow-ups.
Enter and dispatch work orders using multiple software systems.
Record audio announcements and document trends in customer calls.
Coordinate with vendors and customers; liaise with internal teams.
Complete required training, work overtime when needed, and follow attendance standards.
