Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional when handling difficult customer situations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Experience with CRM, ticketing, or call center software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally and courteously.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, accounts, policies, and procedures.
• Identify customer needs and determine the appropriate resolution or next steps.
• Resolve complaints and service issues efficiently and professionally.
• Process requests, orders, payments, refunds, cancellations, and account updates as authorized.
• Verify customer information and maintain accurate records.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and ticketing systems.
• Create/update service tickets and ensure follow-up.
