Job summary

HKR is hiring a Customer Service Associate to support a US partner from a remote location. You will handle email and live chat, provide order status updates, and process exchanges or edits to orders. Strong English, prior customer support, and a tech‑savvy mindset are required.

The position is a contract for 2–3 months with potential extension, offering weekend/second shift options and a flexible remote setup. Training will be via Google Meet with documentation provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support or customer operations.
• Worked as an independent contractor in a past role.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1).
• Ability to troubleshoot while maintaining customer focus.
• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Tech‑savvy with a reliable internet connection and a PC/laptop with webcam.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers of a US partner via email or live chat.
• Provide order status updates, tracking links, and replace items as needed.
• Assist with edits to shipping addresses or item details on orders.
• Identify apparel designs customers are seeking on the site.
• Maintain professional, courteous interactions and resolve issues efficiently.
