Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a mortgage origination professional to advise clients through the full spectrum of lending options. You will build relationships, assess client needs, and guide them through the mortgage process from application to closing, while coordinating with internal partners to ensure a smooth experience.

The role requires 2+ years in mortgage origination, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with clients in person and over the phone.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years mortgage origination experience or equivalent sales/financial advisory background.
• Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
• Strong communication skills, both in person and by phone, with bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized service and guidance to financial center clients across lending options.
• Build and deepen client relationships and present customized financial solutions.
• Review client needs, advise on products, and gather required loan documentation.
• Manage mortgage applications from submission to closing with regular client updates.
• Coordinate with internal partners to deliver exceptional client experience.
• Maintain regulatory due diligence and adhere to SAFE Act requirements.
