Qualifications

• Prior call center experience required.
• Excellent attendance expected.
• Typing speed 35–40 WPM minimum.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Willing to work overtime including nights/weekends.
• Must multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls regarding billing inquiries.
• Handle disconnect/reconnect actions.
• Process payments and budget bills.
• Process trouble and outage orders.
• Move In/Out service.
• Assist customers with My Account online.
