Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure all account information is accurately documented in the client system.
• Provide explanations of account status and inquiries to customers.
• Adhere to State and Federal regulations pertaining to the job duties.
• Assist customers with delinquent accounts according to state guidelines.
• Discuss additional product and service offerings on qualified calls.
• Utilize strong communication to meet client and customer goals.
